Sorrento Train Station is located in the heart of Sorrento, just a short walk from the main square, Piazza Tasso. Most areas within the town center are within a 5–10-minute walk, making the station easily accessible on foot. The entrance sits at Piazza Giovanni Battista de Curtis, opposite Piazza Angelina Lauro, near several hotels and shops.
For those staying farther out or carrying luggage, taxis are available throughout town and can drop passengers directly at the station forecourt. Several local and regional buses also stop in front of the station, connecting to destinations along the Sorrento Peninsula and Amalfi Coast. Thanks to its central position, reaching the station from anywhere in Sorrento is simple and quick, even without a car.

The Campania Express departs directly from Sorrento Train Station, located at the end of the Naples–Sorrento line. Trains usually leave from the main platform, which is clearly marked with signs for the Campania Express. Ticket validation and boarding take place on the platform itself, and staff are typically present to assist passengers and check tickets before departure.
